    Handstand work.
    Worked on snatches because I hadn’t in a while and there was no tire and sledge hammer to use.
    5×3 @ 80kg
    5×20 Russian Twists @ 20kg
    Then for mobility stumbled into a 2 hour yoga class taught entirely in Dutch.
