Manual Resisted ABduction 5×5 each leg
DWOD:
Complete 5 rounds:
30 Seconds Max Reps with One Arm KB/DB Push Press (RT)
30 Seconds Max Reps with One Arm KB/DB Push Press (LT)
1 Minute of Hollow Body Hold
Post total reps on push press and whether or not you were able to complete 5 rounds of hollow body holds.

SWOD:
4 x 3 @ 95lbs
DWOD:
125 push presses @ 1pood KB
no full minute hollow holds.
SWOD – Bench Press @ 205#
DWOD – 115 Push Press @ 1.5 Pood
Only able to hold 1 minute for the first round – failed 1-2 times within the minute for the remaining 4 rounds.
SWOD: 4×3 85#, 95# fail
DWOD: 25# DB, fail on 4th
SWOD – Bench Press @ 97# Felt good
DWOD – 111 Push Press @ 1 Pood
Held first 4 min hollow holds
Broke once on the last hollow hold
SWOD – Bench Press @ 190#
DWOD – 91 Push Press @ 1.5 Pood
Arms and legs stayed off ground for all 5 but there was back arching for part of last 2 rounds
Bench Press at 155#
DWOD: Total Reps w/35# DB = 117 and only held Hollow Body hold for the first round
Make-up from Monday: Squats at 265#
Bench- 105
DWOD: 87 maybe? Hitting all my kettlebell bruises from Monday was an added bonus. Held the hollow things with some interesting form adjustments.

DWOD – about 16-18 each side each round but used 20# bc I wanted to be able to move my arms tomorrow- is that bad?
Leaning out (lowest BF ive ever had) and feeling great!

DWOD — 30#, ~95 (zoned out on a couple). Hollow body: not even one.

Officially benched 10 lbs less than I squated on Monday…. not cool
