Muscle-up Progressions and Practice-finally strung together some muscle-ups
AMRAP in ~5 mins of plate pushes and plate pinchs-completed 3 rounds pushing a 45# plate and carrying a 25# plate
9 x rounds this morning of the DWOD (two pood) = vomit in my mouth
SWOD: snatches @ 65# (still working on OHS, which are my limiting factor)
