Announcements:

July, 4th- All regular classes are canceled to celebrate America’s birth. Cali will lead a class at 10am through a Hero WOD you will never forget.

Huge thanks to all of our patrons who made it out to our Paleo Pot Luck 3.0 this past weekend, especially Bonard and his sister who brought the Tequil O’Neal! Not sure if it was the heat or meat, but it was a sweaty, good time. Delicious dishes included bacon wrapped dates, bacon wrapped asparagus, and bacon. Post your recipes!

SWOD:

Squat 3×5 @ 90% of 5RM from 6/24/12

DWOD:

On the minute:

Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep Kettlebell Swings on the minute.

The goal is to complete 100 Kettlebell Swings.

*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many swings as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep swings and so on until you reach 100 total swings.

    I missed 5RM day so I had the joy of finding that bad boy and then doing 2 sets at 90% to get those key 15 reps in.

    5RM – 355#
    2 sets @ 320#

    DWOD – 3:58 w/ 2 pood. Swings done on the minute – 35/25/20/20.

    Made an attempt at 2 pood American Swings but that lasted 26 swings and 1.5 rounds. Gave myself 4 min rest and started over with 2 Pood Russian swings.
