Wow- we are free to do so many things and yet we choose to put our bodies thru hell- that workout was insane-
18:58 with #120 DL and assisted pull ups on ladder (really used upper body though, not feet on the ups)-
Tomorrow is going to hurt big time- thanks Cali for the awesome organization and watching our DL form- def a recipe for injury if not careful-
Thx Enrique and JP for the counting and push
Happy 4th
Love those shorts…Where did you get them?
26+ or something, more proud that I finished (was on a good pace until injury)
145 Deads
first four rounds pullups, until a ton of calluses started ripping on my hands and I couldn’t hold the bar anymore, so I wrapped my hands in tape and switched to using rings with feet on the ground.
It was tons of fun, and a great way to start Independence day!
Probably won’t be back until at least Friday, to let my hands recover.
Great job everyone and a big thanks to Cali for keeping the organized chaos organized!
Tillman in between 26 and 27 mins. Had to scale to ring rows after 4 rounds of pullups destroyed my hands. Deadlifted 220#.
The other highlight of the 4th was being able to congratulate Tex and Carter after completing yesterday’s cool and breezy GORUCK Challenge.
16:31 wit 225# DL
