Front Squats to 235# (PR!)
DWOD: Front Squats @ 210#
Total Plyo Pushups = 70
SWOD: 100# PR
DWOD: 90#, pushups on knees
SWOD: 145#
DWOD: 130#, completed all squats except for the 5th round where I inexplicably failed on the first rep.
Pushups: 10-13-12-10-12-10
First time doing front squats. My wrists haven’t hurt this much since middle school.

Plyo-pushups 73 reps
SWOD – 95# – had 100 but went down too far and had to drop the bar.. grr
DWOD – 85# no failed reps- pushups reg 8 then the rest on knees 18/20/20/20/22
Slowest onset of fatigue ever…
