  1. Burke says:

    SWOD: 305#, Chin ups (12,8,6)

DWOD: Longest 84′, Shortest 56′ with 45# plates

  2. Devon says:

SWOD: Rack pull #275, need to focus on keeping my shoulders back

    Chin ups: 7,6,6

    DWOD:
    #35 plates
    Shortest: 75; longest: 105
(left hand was much weaker than right I think I could have held the right at least a half a court longer each time, not good…)

  3. Kevin's Ghost says:

    SWOD: Rack pull 3RM 260#
    DWOD: 35# plates. Longest 84′, Shortest 42′

  4. Kevin T says:

    SWOD: 325#; Chins 12, 8
DWOD: 45# plate — longest: 105′ (4th attempt) shortest: 50′ (2nd attempt, before I figured out a better way to hold plates)

  5. Simeon says:

SWOD: 355#; Chins 1, 8, 7 (last two sets assissted)
    DWOD: 45# plate — longest: 100′ (1st attempt) shortest: 50′ (2nd attempt)

  6. Nikki V says:

SWOD 165# – got a better workout taking off and putting on Devon’s plates in between the sets- apparently the only physical similarity we have is the distance of our knees from the ground!

Pinch plate WOD – 25# longest 130′, shortest 42′ – may have been a little light but hands too small for 35′s–

out of town for a week- if anyone wants to check in on their 1 mile (2 block runs), I would be down to do it one AM next week- baseline time to beat is 6:52

  7. Enrique says:

SWOD: Practice only for better form, Chin ups (15,7,7)
DWOD: Longest 80′, Shortest 40′ with 45# plates

  8. Nikki V says:

Cool Enrique- lets do it 7am next Friday (the 20th) before the 715 class- if anyone else wants to do it, meet us there-

  9. Marli says:

    Swod: 175# fail 185# twice
    DWOD: shortest 46′? longest 120′? 15kg plates.
This workout will definitely prove your weakest/strongest arm. I’m left handed and the right always failed first

  10. Joe says:

SWOD: Rack Pull 3RM @ 305# (grip was limiting factor); Chin-ups at 8-7 (only got in two rounds)

DWOD: 45# plates; longest = approx. 100′; shortest = approx. 40′ (not counting 2nd attempt, which was about 10′, and the only time i forgot to re-chalk)

  11. EGP says:

3RM Rack Pull- 500lbs (not a typo, shut it down)
I’m pretty sure I broke every capillary in my thumbs from the hook grip but totally worth it. Psyched to see how much I can pull from the floor now. Look out, Total Recall, I’m coming for you.

    Chin ups – 13/12/12

Plate Pinches (did not feel awesome) but walked as far as 1.5 lengths
Shortest walk was 1 length w/45lb plates

  12. Jtski says:

    SWOD: 315#

    DWOD: 168-84-105-84-105-105. 45#

  13. KT says:

SWOD: 225. Can definitely lift more but cannot grip the bar (TWSS)- got 235 up easy peasy if I could use reverse group. RULES!

DWOD: 25# plates- longest is maaaaybe half court. See above for grip issues.
