    So Tex, what are our numbers supposed to be for these squats, since we’re not assigned a %…just work up to a heavy 5? Or is the last a 5RM?

    I wont make the actual analogy that I want to about the tease that was this AM’s happenings bc it would be inappropriate-

    it was good as it was but for the first Monday AM in a while, that warm up had me ready to throw some heavy weight on the back and get low- looking forward to combining the two!! will be great to get such good warm-ups in before the lifts!
