Saturday, August, 18th- CrossFit Dupont is hosting TOTAL RECALL. Open to Balance Gym members only. Athletes will perform their 1 RM- Power Clean, Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to find their CrossFit Football Total, and challenge themselves in a power athlete Met-Con; <8min, Violent Hip Extension, Full Body. $30/athlete, Register here under the Events Tab!

Ring Rows 3 x Max Reps

DWOD:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
7 Dumbbell Hang Cleans 50 lbs
7 Burpees
7 Push Ups

    SWOD: Bench Press 3RM @ 210# (failed @ 215# second rep)

    DWOD: 5 Rounds 45# DB

    3 Rep Max bench:
    145 (up from 135 last time), failed on the 3rd rep of 150 but that was my 1 at occupy, need to figure out how to use my legs

    DWOD: 7 Cleans (#30, went light probably should have done 35), 7 burpees, 7 pushups (death by pushups)

    6 rounds plus 6 burpees
