Power Snatch 2RM #60–need more practice
WOD: #55, 58 Reps
On this, my 32nd birthday, I did:
Power Snatch 2RM: 85# (I believe)
DWOD: 39 rep @ 65#
Hopefully I can double this by 33!
SWOD – worked up to 170#
DWOD – 20 reps at 170 at about 4 reps per set
SWOD: 105# (missed 2nd rep at 115#)
DWOD: 34 reps at 65# (starting to feel ok about OHS)
SWOD: Power Snatch 2 RM — 120#
DWOD: Complete as Many Reps as Possible in 7 Minutes of:Overhead Squats @ 2RM Power Snatch
20 Reps at 120#
Swod: 80. But pressed out. No rep!
DWOD: at 75#, 45 reps.
SWOD: snatch #105
DWOD: #85 4, #75 32
SWOD: Snatch 2RM @ 115# – First time at this weight where I didn’t press out. Tried 125# and got the weight up high enough, just can’t convince my body to drop under it.
DWOD: OHS @ 95# – 25
85# power snatch
24 OHS @ 75 – worked on form
SWOD: snatch #95
DWOD: 25 #70 (Feeling better about OHS)
