    SWOD: 20# db; 30# db; 30# kb; 35# db (first time trying these … interesting)

    DWOD: front squat @ 180#
    dynamic push-ups @ 12-13-14-10-11

    TGU working to 20kg kb – first time doing them with a KB

    Front Squatted to 190×2; hit 12 dynamic push ups each time b/c I was favoring my a/c joint still.
