    Handstand and handstand push up work
    Assisted pull ups working on getting shoulders back and chest up
    Snatch grip dead lift 4×5 up 185#

    715 Crossfit:
    SWOD:
    5 x 2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Power Snatch @85# (need to work on keeping shoulders back and chest up)
    Pullups: 9, 7, 5
    DWOD:
    Double Unders – 50,40,30,20,10
