1 Minute Max Reps Clean Pull – 155lbs
1 Minute Max Reps 10 yard Bear Crawl

*Rest 1 Minute between Rounds

    SWOD — 5RM @ 135#, then did 5 reps and then 9 reps at 115#
    DWOD — 75# (pretty sure that was a 45# bar), total reps 324 (each yard was a rep, right?)

    First day back and I felt like shit. Woo!
