We did it! CrossFit Dupont has won Express’s ‘Best Specialty Gym’ of 2012! Thank you to all of you who put in the sweat, sweat and tears. You are our motivation to show up and have fun each and everyday! Let’s come together as a community one week from today in support of Barbell for Boobs and really show why we won and deserve Best Gym. For every $80 raised we will have provided one mammogram for a woman in need. This doesn’t mean that you have to donate $80, any amount is welcome.     DWOD: 20#, lowest 10 highest 16. All planks held full minute.

    DWODs from yesterday and today were bruisers!

    SWOD: 110# 2RM w/ 90# 4×2-Down quite a bit from last time we did Power Snatches-just not my day.

    DWOD: 45# DBs and I lost my count in strugglecity.
