We are two days out from Barbells for Boobs and I am excited! We are half way to our fundraising goal of $2000, and I know we can reach it by Friday! For every $80 raised we will have provided a free mammogram for a woman in need. Please make an effort to join our fundraising team or donate to our cause. Friday’s workout will be ‘Amazing Grace’, and the Barbells for Boobs event will begin at 6pm. Following all of the workout heats we will be heading to Katie’s, 2032 16th St. NW between U st. and V st., for our 5th Paleo Pot Luck! I’m ready, you ready?

SWOD:

Deadlift 5RM- add 10# from last workout

DWOD:

Complete the following for time:

30 Wall Walks
50 Side Pillar Starfish
100 Banded Good Mornings

*Can be broken up into any amount of sets or reps.
