Monday, November 12 CFDu will host Wade’s Wings‘s workout! Wade’s Wings is a foundation that supports famlies, provides funding and raising awareness for Neuroblastoma. I would encourage you to read up on the disease and how truly devastating it is. We have set up a a fundraising page here. Our goal is $1000 before the 12th. Please contribute and join us for a tough, but fun workout. Speaking of goals, what have you set for yourself over the next 30 days?!

SWOD:

Bench 4-6 RM, 1 x Max Reps @ 90%

DWOD:

Complete 21, 15, 9 reps of:

Bent Over Rows
Strict Pull Ups

*Bent Over Rows use a weight 20 lbs heavier than you used for bench yesterday.
*Scale as needed.
*No time comment to this workout.

    Completed all the rows and only had 4 more pull ups to go before time was called at 15 mins.
