Free Beginner’s Workout

Come to one of our free beginner’s workouts Monday Nights at 6pm! No prior experience is required. All workouts can be scaled to accommodate your needs.

Can’t make a time? Contact a CrossFit Dupont Coach or drop-in to coordinate a time to discuss programming.

If you have attended a beginner’s workout, or know that you want to attend group classes, you can proceed with registration in our Foundations classes.
